A successful candidate will be taking care of daily legal work while doing people management and attending their executive committee as its member.

Qualifications

Must	・Bengoshi qualification ・FS (securities, bank, asset management, etc.)experience ・Knowledge of financial instruments and exchange act ・English skills (reporting overseas) ・At least 15 years PQE
Better to have	・NY or other non-Japanese bar qualification
